We want you to love what you receive from Hippie Groovy. Please review our size charts and product details carefully before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit!

The Lifetime "Never-Fade" Guarantee

We are incredibly proud of our print quality. Because we use premium sublimation technology, your custom design is permanently bonded to the fabric fibers. We guarantee that the artwork will never crack, peel, or fade in the wash. If it ever does, send us a photo, and we will replace it for free.

Cancellations & Order Modifications

We will happily refund you if you request to cancel your order within 1 hour after your purchase is completed. After this 1-hour window, we cannot cancel or refund your order as it has already entered the manufacturing process.

The "Oops!" Sizing Policy (Exchanges)

Ordered the wrong size or want a different design? Don’t worry, we are here to help! Because return postage can be very expensive for our customers, we do not require you to mail the item back. Instead, we will gladly offer you a generous discount coupon (up to 50% OFF) to place a new order for the exact product you want.

Transit Damage & Loss Coverage

We know shipping can sometimes be unpredictable. By selecting our dedicated Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is fully covered against damage, loss, or theft during transit. If the carrier encounters any issue and your package is compromised, we will fast-track a free replacement to you immediately—no stress, no hassle.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives with a printing mistake, damage, or defect, we will do a replacement for you for free and cover all postage costs.

To process this, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

We do not issue refunds for subjective claims that the quality or fabric is not as expected, as customer expectations vary and we strictly stand by the high-quality standards of our products in the market.

Incorrect Shipping Address

You have a 12-hour window after placing an order to contact us as soon as possible to correct or complete your shipping address. Noticeably, after 12 hours, order information cannot be changed.

We will not issue any refunds if an order is not received because the shipping address provided during checkout was inaccurate or incomplete.

If your shipping address is incomplete and the parcel is kept at your local post office, please use your tracking number to contact your local post office directly to complete the address and require them to deliver your parcel.

Customs Fees

Worry-Free International Shipping (Outside US): We’ve got you covered! For our international customers, all customs fees are pre-paid by us. Your purchase is a final sale with no surprise costs at your doorstep.
